Reckoning Classes and Destinies

Just like most RPGs there is a class system where you can choose from Rogues to Mage to Fighter. These are called Finesse, Sorcery, and Might in Reckoning however. The class systems allow you to choose between the three in a tree-system to unlock "destinies” in game. You are also able to choose to be one of 4 different races, which include noble humans, light elves, dark elves, and nomadic humans. The choices you make will affect your game play, what you receive from others, and all the ways to kill your enemies.

Fate-less Game Play

From the Well of Souls you are reborn and reformed through its power. The mystery of your death is not know and you yourself cannot remember anything before your second birth. You are the only true success that came from the Well and unlike everyone else in the world you, and only you, are able to control your own Fate. Only you can choose the destinies before you.

After choosing which class you want to be, even though you can change it whenever you want, you begin to realize the world you're in. Sneaking up on your enemies and assassinating them, shooting them down with arrows, shooting magic through a scepter into your enemy's face, and using Fate itself as a weapon is only part of the game! You gain Fate weaves through battle and after so many you can activate your Reckoning upon any enemy you want. What does this mean? It means that you literally use pure energy from the life forces you've killed and form a weapon of choice out of it. It can come in the form of two-handed blades, mace, spear, and even a hammer! No matter what the enemy it deals incredible damage and it's most of the time, if not always, an instant kill. You will need this power over Fate as part of your destiny, and only you can choose how you want to use it and where.
